FAQ

PAYMENT & SHIPPING POLICY                           

Shipping within the UK may take approximately 1-3 business days. They will be sent out the same day if you order before 3pm. Shipping fees will be added to the end of your checkout. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with purchase. Processing on orders will take 1-2 days. All sent via Royal Mail Tracked Mail.

REUSSIR is not responsible for ANY lost items. If you check your tracking number and the package says delivered, but you have not received your items, you will have to take this up with Royal Mail.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 
ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, UNLESS FAULTY.

We do not accept returns but an exchange option is available within 10 days of purchase. Customers can send items back for an alternative of a different style/item of the same value. 
The item must not be used or altered. Must be returned in its original condition, along with it's branded packaging and original receipt. Items returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of REUSSIR we do not accept any returns unless faulty.
Returns should be shipped with a service that can provide a tracking number as we are NOT responsible for delayed or lost packages. All sales items are final.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has sucessfully been placed. This provides a tracking number, as well as a shipment confirmation email alerting you that your order has been dispatched and on its way. 
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-Order arrivals dates are approximate. We can not offer exact dates as to when products will enter stock. We always try to aim for pre-ordered items to get to our company as fast as possible. If you want to order items in stock, along with something on pre-order please make two seperate orders.
